Erickson. This forward-looking method blends elements from a range of effective disciplines—including Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and direct hypnosis—to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and calm. It’s all about focusing on solutions, not problems, and using what’s already working in your life to create positive change.
